Orlando, Florida – Semiconductor Plant Closure
Closed down a one million sq. ft. semiconductor plant, providing project management for the 6-month operation. Crated nearly 500 semiconductor tools and safely transported them from clean rooms to docking stations for shipment worldwide
Lehi, Utah – Factory Relocation and On-site Services
Provided continual move-in and zone 5 seismic installation for a new one million sq. ft. semiconductor facility. Over 700 tools were installed over 14 months, including pedestal and seismic fabrication and installation. More than 60 vibration sensitive tools required air skate moves.
Mexia, Texas – Custom Wooden Crates for 60′ 36,000 lb Telescope
Designed and built crates to ship a 60-foot-high telescope from Texas to South America. Individual parts weighed up to 36,000 lbs. and required custom heavy duty crates up to 2,160 cu. ft.
Sunnyvale, California – Export Sensitive Equipment & Machinery Moving
Rigged, crated and shipped semiconductor process equipment to Massachusetts, Ireland, and the Philippines for a Fortune 1000 firm. MEI coordinated the removal, crating and export shipment of 65 tools in 170 crates.
Manassas, Virginia – Export Crating & Dangerous Goods Documents
Provided dangerous goods consultation for 375 semiconductor tools being exported to Japan. Verified remaining hazards, monitored packaging, marking and labeling, and provided required documentation for each shipment. Ensured compliance with International Airline Transportation Association (IATA),International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), and the United States Department of Transportation (US DOT).

For a Fortune 100 company, rigged, moved, crated and shipped an entire glass inspection line, weighing over 84,000 total pounds to Taiwan. The 51 crates took up more than 15,000 cu. ft.
